Following a recovery strategy discussion, we will determine to what degree our professional services will be needed. For most, our virtualization engineers will acquire an image of selected servers and provision virtual server reservations with the corresponding operating system and a second copy of your application license.
Or, for those that have virtual server experience, simple provisioning is arranged where access is given for "self service" installation. Building a virtual server and establishing an image is now performed by the client with nominal start up costs. Once standby, virtual servers are established, software updates can be applied during your free bi-annual Disaster Recovery testing.
